Writing a thesis is a very difficult part for the most postgraduate students. More often a postgraduate student is naturally in a dilemma during writing his or her thesis and compilation all chapters together. They cannot complete their theses within the allotted time due to insufficient knowledge on the subject matter of thesis, treatments and variables and their sequence of importance. Thus they are unable to complete the thesis within the stipulated time. Writing process of introduction, literature review, methodology, results and discussion will be explained in details using KSI technique. Finally, the writing system of summary, recommendation and abstract will be clarified. This KSI technique will provide the necessary steps to follow in writing a thesis and thereby saving time and graduate on time. The academic staff, research fellows, postdoctoral fellows, scientists and postgraduate students are expected to learn the skills and thereby supervise their supervises easily and timely. It is also expected that the aforementioned target group will also be able to conduct their own research works in the shortest possible time.
