Deadline for submission of thesis for First Semester 2010/2011 (only after appointment of the Thesis Examination Committee has been endorsed by the University Graduate Studies Committee)

• If the thesis is submitted before the deadline the student is required to register and pay RM350 only for Second Semester 2010/2011
• For submission after the deadline the student is required to pay full registration fees |

Deadline for deferment for continuing students who did not registered for First Semester 2010/2011
A student who have registered for First Semester 2010/2011, may apply to defer the semester not later than seven weeks after the commencement of the new semester.
Students who defer the semester within the first two weeks with the approval of the Dean School of Graduate Studies shall be entitled to claim for a tuition fee refund.

NOTES:
• All international students must pay the HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS of RM316.00.
• For registration after July 12 2010 , a late registration fee of RM100.00 will be imposed.
• A student who fails to register or fails to pay the fees by July 25, 2010 will be dropped from his/her study.
• All students are required to register a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
• All students in programme with thesis are required to register for Master Research (SPS5999)/ PhD Research (SPS6999) every semester.
