OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Occupational Safety and Health Management System or SPKKP is an integrated approach on how to manage safety and health in the workplace while at the same time ensuring continuous system improvement. OSHMS is a set of elements that are interrelated or interact with each other to establish and implement occupational safety and health policy and its objectives, in order to achieve those objectives to manage risk in the workplace.

The use of such systems in the workplace whether in the form of accredited or non-accredited forms has been proven to minimize the risk to safety and health hazards in the workplace. The use of this system is voluntary for any organization, except to the extent that it is mandated by the authorities or regulation through local regulations, by-laws or any other similar means.
