This field specialises in managing systemic techniques in solving clinical cases, examination and identification of diseases / problems. Knowledge on ruminant diseases are used to perform diagnosis, treatment and care of animals, disease prevention and control in individual animals and animal population at risk. Research in ruminant diseases includes pathophysiology and mechanism of ruminant diseases. Among objectives of research are develop knowledge and development of analytical skills in the investigation of health and performance in livestock production.
