August 9^th, 2023, SERDANG - The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) always emphasizes staff motivation to improve the overall quality of services within the department. In this regard, the annual staff appreciation ceremony is one of the efforts to recognize the continuous commitment of staff in various aspects. Themed "Royal Blue" this time, the event, organized by the SGS Club Committee, prepared for one (1) week in terms of decorations, winner selection through voting and audits.

Prof. Dr. Zalilah Mohd Shariff, the Dean of SGS, delivered her address/appreciation speech. Prof. Dr. Zalilah emphasized the importance of teamwork and continuous improvement in customer service quality. She also highlighted the aspects of auditing and compliance with UPM's and SGS's Strategic Plans holistically. Her speech served as a serious directive while also being a source of motivation for all the staff present on that day.
