June 1^st, 2023, Serdang - The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) has conducted the Internal Audit for Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001: 2015 from May 30^th till June 1^st 2023. The Chief Auditor, Mrs. Noorizajune Abu Bakar was appointed from the Faculty of Educational Studies, to assist the auditing processes.  The Audit Opening meeting was held on May 30^th 2023 in the Meeting Room 1, School of Graduate Studies (SGS) around 9 a.m with the presence of SGS management representatives, the Chief Auditor and the appointed internal auditors.

The meeting began with an opening speech by Mrs. Norhasliza as the Deputy Management Representative (TWP) Graduate Studies on a background of Internal Audit of Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001: 2015 School of Graduate Studies. The audit that took three (3) days, thoroughly assessed the following major processes of SGS’s operations:

1. Management Scope
2. Main Services (Postgraduate) Scope
3. Support Scope (Customers Management, Finance, Trainings, Infrastructure Facilities and Transportation, Human Resource Management and Occupational Safety & Health Management)

The list of Auditors that were appointed is as the following:

Mrs. Noorizajune (Chief Auditor), in her speech stated that members of SGS gave full cooperation throughout the audit process. Apart from that, she has also emphasized on the importance of Internal Audit in efficiently managing the operations of a department. She reminded how crucial it is to regularly update the involved procedures in order to increase the quality of customer service of the department.

The Audit Closing Meeting was held on the 1^st of June 2023 with the reporting of audit findings and photography session with the auditors in duty.
