June 12^th, 2023, Serdang – One’s physical health is as important as his/her mental health as well. The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) has deliberately taken up the challenge by organising the Biggest Loser Competition, as a healthy competitive platform among the staff members of SGS, and at the same time monitor their health conditions. The competition that was adapted from a USA television series, was conducted from the 27^{th of} January 2023 till 21^st May 2023, involving all the staff members of SGS.

The first phase of measuring their body weight was held on January 26^th 2023followed by the second phase on May 22^nd, 2023. The effort that was conducted by the SGS Club Committee received supportive feedback among all the staff members as well as the management of the department. The prize giving was held on the 12^th of June 2023 and the following are the list of winners:

First Runner Up         : Mr. Azrul Nizam Azmi

Second Runner Up     : Mrs. Farah Nur Arina Misnan

The gift hampers were presented by the President of the Club Committee (2023/2025) session, Ms. Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei. This effort portrays the continuous commitment of SGS members in ensuring the well-being of every individual in the department.
