The academic regalia collection counter has now entered the second week of operation starting from 19^th February and will end on 12^th March 2022 at Central Academic Complex (DKAP), UPM. To collect the academic regalia, graduands need to complete the 'Academic Regalia Form' and select an available slot at E-SMP via https://smp.upm.edu.my/ .  Here are the steps that graduands need to do before coming to collect the academic regalia:

Graduands who have yet to collect academic certificate:

1. Pay the graduation fee of RM200 and complete the ‘Graduation Form (GS-17)’ at Student Portal via http://sgsportal.upm.edu.my:8080/sgsportal/
2. Complete the ‘Academic Regalia Form’ via https://smp.upm.edu.my/ at ‘MyConvovcation>Academic Regalia Form>New Application’
3. For academic regalia collection, select an available slot via https://smp.upm.edu.my/ at ‘MyConvovcation>My Appointment>New Application’ from 14^th February 2022 until 11^th March 2022.
4. Graduand that is unable to collect the academic regalia on the selected slot in person, may send a representative with an authorization letter and a copy of the representative’s IC/passport.

Graduands who have collected the academic certificate:

1. Complete the ‘Academic Regalia Form’ via https://smp.upm.edu.my/ at ‘MyConvovcation>Academic Regalia Form>New Application’
2. For academic regalia collection, select an available slot via https://smp.upm.edu.my/ at ‘MyConvovcation>My Appointment>New Application’ from 14^th February 2022 until 11^th March 2022.
3. Return the original copy of degree Academic Certificates (English and Malay) prior to collecting the academic regalia at Central Academic Complex (DKAP), UPM, according to the booked slot.
4. Graduand that is unable to collect the academic regalia on the selected slot in person, may send a representative with an authorization letter and a copy of the representative’s IC/passport.

Before collecting the academic regalia, make sure graduands already complete and present the hardcopy of ‘Academic Regalia Form’ and the slip on the last page of ‘Graduates Tracer Study’ survey at https://graduate.mohe.gov.my/SKPG1/.

All graduands are only allowed to collect the academic regalia according to the booked slot. The University reserves the right not to entertain the graduands who have missed their slot. The graduation fee is compulsory to all graduands regardless of attendance as it covers both academic transcript and certificates cost.
