Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) through its School of Graduate Studies (SGS), in collaboration with the TNB Global Business Solutions, has conducted a virtual seminar entitled Future of Work in Shared Service Industry on 5th July 2021 via Cisco Webex.

Mrs. Yasmin Mohd Ramzi, Head of Service Delivery of TNB Global Business Solutions was invited as a speaker. Earlier, the virtual seminar began with an opening speech by Professor Ts. Dr. Zuriati Ahmad Zulkarnain, SGS Deputy Dean (Thesis, Student Affairs and Media). The event continues with knowledge sharing session delivered by Mrs. Yasmin Mohd Ramzi and more than 100 postgraduate students participated in the virtual event. 

A short Q & A session was conducted before Mrs. Yasmin end her knowledge sharing session to give an opportunity for the participants to ask related questions. The event started at 9.00 am and ended at 10.00 am.
