Programme Requirements
The Master of Education degree is conferred to graduate students who have met the following requirements:

1. Maintain a cumulative grade point of average (CGPA) of at least 3.00.
2. Successfully completed all courses (40 credits) as specified by the students academic advisors within the time specified by the Graduate School Office.
3. At the end of the programme a student has to submit a project paper based on the research conducted. The project  paper must have at least a C+ grade.

There may be a variation of programme requirements for some field of study. Students are advised to refer to specific field of study for further information.

The programme aims to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practices relevant to the field of Human Resource Development. Through this programme students will analyse the latest knowledge of the related theories and their applications in Human Resource Development. The programme aims at individuals who want to enhance their scholarships in Human Resource Development. In this programme, students are offered a 40 credit hour course work package.
