CLIENT CHARTER

 

1. Issuing the admission application decision no later than two (2) months after the complete application is received by the School of Graduate Studies.

2. Notify the results of the application for the appointment of Supervisory Committee Members no later than two (2) months from the date the complete application is received.

3. Notify the result of the study deferral application within 21 working days after the complete application is received.

4. Notify the result of the study period extension application within 21 working days after the complete application is received.

5. Notify the result of the program change application / field of study within three (3) months after the complete application is received.

6. Notify the result of the study upgrade application to the PhD program no later than two (2) months after the complete application is received from PTJ.

7. Notify the result of the graduate aid application (GRF/GRA/IGSS/PASS/BKW) no later than two (2) months after the application closing date.

8. Notify students of semester exam results within six (6) weeks after the last day of the exam week.

9. Ensure students sit for viva voce within four (4) months after submitting the thesis to the School of Graduate Studies for examination.

10. Notify the result of the termination review application within three (3) months after the closing date of the termination review

11. Notify students of the degree awarding results through the student portal within seven (7) working days after confirmation by the Senate.

12. Notify the result of the SGRA graduate assistance application no later than ten (10) working days after the complete application has been received and has received support from PTJ.
