CLIENT CHARTER

 

1. To issue the result of the admission application not later than two (2) months after the School of Graduate Studies receives the complete application.

2. To inform the result of the application to appoint Supervisory Committee not later than two (2) months from the date of a received complete application.

3. To inform the result of the application for deferment of studies within seven (7) working days after the Faculty/School/Institute verifies the application.

4. To inform the application result for extension of study period within seven (7) working days after the Faculty/School/Institute verifies the application.

5. To inform the result of the application for change of programme/field of study within two (2) months after the complete application is received.

6. To inform the result of the application for conversion from Masters to PhD programme not later than two (2) months after the complete application is received.

7. To inform the result of the application for graduate assistance (GRF/GRA) not later than two (2) months after the application deadline.

8. To inform the students pertaining to the semester examination results within six (6) weeks after the last day of the examination week.

9. To ensure students sit for the viva voce within three (3) months after thesis submission to the School of Graduate Studies for examination.

10. To inform the result of the application for review against termination within seven (7) working days after Senate approval.

11. To inform the students pertaining to the result of degree conferment within seven (7) working days after Senate approval.
