The scholarships are open to all ASEAN citizens to further study at six top universities in Southeast Asia including Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). In conjunction with this opportunity, UPM and SEARCA will be conducting a virtual briefing session about the scholarship, as detailed below. All eligible candidates are invited to join.
