SERDANG, June 7th 2022 – the Audit Opening meeting for School of Graduate Studies’s (SGS) Internal Audit for Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001: 2015 was held in hybrid mode at Meeting Room 1 and via Zoom Meetings platform. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Saiful Anuar A. Rahman from Faculty of Agriculture, as the Chief Auditor and management team members of SGS.

The meeting began with an opening speech by Mrs. Norhasliza as the Deputy Management Representative (TWP) Graduate Studies on a background of Internal Audit of Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001: 2015 School of Graduate Studies. The auditing will take place from 7^th June 2022 (Tuesday) until 9^th June 2022 (Thursday), followed by with the Auditors' Discussion and Internal Audit Closing Meeting on 9^th June 2022 (Thursday).

The quality objectives focused on this audit process are UPM's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the Achievement of the Functional and Level Action Plan and the Client's Charter (The University's Key Processes and Support Processes and Support Services Operations).

Mr. Saiful in his speech hope that all SGS staffs would cooperate throughout the audit processes. In addition, explained the Internal Audit function in managing reporting misconduct, the related investigation processes of alleged misconducts, and reports to the Audit Committee on quarterly submissions.

The Audit Opening meeting was adjourned at 10.00 am.
