10th August 2022, Serdang – Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) is an important sub-component outlined in the PTJ Awarding Criteria in conjunction with UPM level Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP), whuch has been held on an annual basis. Therefore, the School of Graduate Studies has organised an in depth Brifieng on EKSA practices to deepen their understanding on the guidelines. A total of 47 staffs have joined the talk that was given by Mrs. Nurainakmal binti Kamal Bahri, one of UPM’s EKSA facilitator. The session emphasiszed mainly on EKSA practices and EKSA evaluation criteria.
