January 18th, 2024, SERDANG - The visit to i-Putra is aimed at learning how the Putra-Q Application System functions at the i-Putra counters. As early users of Putra-Q, it is acknowledged to streamline transactions at the i-Putra counters. Students or visitors need to download the Putra-Q application first, scan the provided QR code, select the transaction they wish to make, and a queue number will be issued.

Customers can view the remaining queue numbers at the counter, so they can manage their time to attend classes. Customers are also free to cancel their queue number if they are short on time or have other matters to attend to.

Despite the advantages of Putra-Q, there are still several things that need to be examined and considered if this application is to be used at SPS to suit the transactional situations at SPS.

This visit provides new knowledge exposure to attending staff as the Putra-Q System is still new, developed by IDEC and newly implemented at i-Putra. The visit and sharing session started at 3:00 in the afternoon and concluded with a photography session involving all participating staff at 4:30 in the afternoon.
