On-Campus Accommodation

Students are advised to reserve their accommodation before coming to UPM as apartments and rooms in residential colleges are extremely limited. The cost of on-campus accommodation can vary from USD100 – USD500 per month / RM300 - RM1,000.

Off-campus Accommodation

Off-campus accommodation around the UPM campus is within a radius of 1KM-10KM. There are various flats, serviced apartments, condominiums, and terrace houses. The cost can vary from USD150 – USD650 per month / RM 500 – RM 2,000. You can use Uroom website to find suitable accommodation or you may contact the following recommended apartment for booking:

Transportation

Student transportation inside and outside of the campus is available via the UPM Bus Service. The student is expected to pay approximately RM60 per semester for unlimited rides.
