This field equips students to become educational administrators and leaders by emphasising leadership skills, communication skills, accountability practices, and ethics. The learning outcomes expect students to achieve a high level of professionalism as educational administrators and leaders. Students are also exposed to real educational administration environment through exploration of issues and challenges in the field of educational administration, experiential learning, research on educational administration practices, and the transformation of educational administration in various contexts.
