The Master of Science in Islamic Education and The Doctor of Philosophy in Islamic Education programmes are designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills in conducting research in issues related to Islamic Education. This is based on the requirement for the students to enroll in basic research courses such as statistics, research methods, introduction to qualitative research as well as some other elective courses that focus on research and data analysis. Students are given the opportunity to choose a research focus related to issues and topics in Islamic Education including aspects in curriculum design, teaching, learning and assessment at various educational levels and contexts.
