1. THESIS SUBMISSION FOR EXAMINATION (PU/S/BR03/GS-15a)/(PU/S/BR03/GS-15b):

Submission of the thesis for examination (PU/S/BR03/GS-15a)/(PU/S/BR03/GS-15b) via email to sgs_thesis@upm.edu.my and zuriati@upm.edu.my should be based on the Thesis Guide 51 & 52 - UPM (Graduate Studies) Rules 2003 (Revision 2015-2016).

However, taking into account the latest update announced by the Government that the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) is extended to 16th July 2021, the PU/S/BR03/GS-15a or PU/S/BR03/GS-15b form, thesis, Turnitin report and list corrections (only for PU/S/BR03/GS-15b) are allowed for its submission in digital form (PDF) including emails from the supervisory committee the agreement of thesis submission.

With this flexibility, it is expected to facilitate and speed up the thesis delivery process. However, upon the end of the EMCO period by the Government, the candidate shall submit PU/S/BR03/GS-15a or PU/S/BR03/GS-15b certifies by the Deputy Dean (Graduate Studies)at the Faculty/Deputy Director at the Institute with four (4) hard copies of A4 thesis for PhD and three (3) hard copies of A4 thesis for Master to SGS after 16th of July 2021.

2.  THESIS SUBMISSION AFTER THE FINAL EXAMINATION (Viva Voce) (PU/S/BR03/GS-16a) & (PU/S/BR03/GS-25):

Submission of the thesis after the final examination (viva voce) (PU/S/BR03/GS-16a) via email to sgs_thesis@upm.edu.my and zuriati@upm.edu.my must be based on the Thesis Guide 52 - UPM (Graduate Studies) Rules 2003 (Revision 2015-2016).

However, taking into account the latest update announced by the Government that the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) is extended to 16th July 2021, the PU/S/BR03/GS-16a form, thesis in B5 format, list of corrections and PU/S/BR03/GS-25 form (endorsement by Supervisor only) are allowed for its submission in digital form (PDF) including emails from the main supervisor, all internal examiners and the chairman of the viva agreement on all corrections made.

With this flexibility, it is expected to facilitate and speed up the thesis delivery process. However, upon the end of the EMCO period by the Government, the candidate shall submit PU/S/BR03/GS-16a form certified by the Deputy Dean (Graduate Studies) at the Faculty/Deputy Director at the Institute with one (1) hard copy of B5 thesis to SGS afte 16th of July 2021.
