C. THESIS SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AFTER SENATE APPROVAL (GS-16b)

 

Effective October 2025, Final Submission of Thesis must be made via email. Submission of printed (hardbound) copies is no longer required, in accordance with the latest revision of Postgraduate Teaching and Learning Guidelines (Garis Panduan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Siswazah). The requirements and procedures for final thesis submission have also been updated, particularly for processes following Senate approval. Students are required to send their final thesis in PDF format, together with the Final Thesis Submission Form (GS-16b), to sgs_thesis@upm.edu.my. Please copy (CC) your Main Supervisor and the Deputy Dean (Graduate Studies) of the Faculty/School, or the Deputy Director of the Institute in the same email.

  • You are advised not to use software for graphics and diagrams which may complicate conversion and documents transmission.
  • Do not use a password to open the file.
