Effective from January 2024, the format of the final copy of the thesis for PhD and Master has been changed to A4 format. This is in line with decision made by the University Senate. All final copies of the thesis are required to use double spacing and to be printed on both sides.

Please refer to the following for specific details:

• The font size of the text is 12-point.
• Footnotes and text in tables should not be less than 10 point.The thesis is to be bound with A4 size.
• 80gm paper should be used for the printing of the thesis to enhance the quality of printing on both sides of the paper.
