1.   Invitation cards and other instructions will only be disseminated when graduates or their representatives arrive to collect the academic regalia.

2.   The University is not responsible for lost invitation cards and they will not be replaced.

3.   Each graduates is given one (1) invitation cards for two guests to attend the Convocation Ceremony at the Sultan Salahudin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Centre Hall (PKKSSAAS).
