Note:
The submission of the thesis with the GS-15a form is permitted only after the Thesis Examination Committee has been endorsed by the University Graduate Studies Committee (JKPSU).
2.
The PDF version of the thesis must be organized in a single file which contains the following information:

• TITLE PAGE, ETC. (contains the Title page, Copyright Page, Abstracts, Acknowledgements, Approval sheets, Declaration Form, Table of Contents, List of tables, List of figures, and List of abbreviations, Notations/Glossary of Terms)
• CHAPTER 1 (and so on)
• REFERENCES
• APPENDICES
• BIODATA OF STUDENT

Text Similarity Search Report (Turnitin) - ≤25% (≤20% only for students under the School of Business and Economics).
4.
List of corrections (only for PG/TSS/GS-15b – resubmission of thesis)
5.
The title of the thesis should not exceed 20 words.
6.
The minimum and maximum word length for a submission of thesis for examination (excluding tables, figures and appendices):

Abstract –
• between 300 – 500 words.
• written in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
• include Keywords (not more than 5 keywords) and SGDs (not more than 3 SDG).

The margins of pages are as follows:
Top : 25 mm
Right : 25 mm
Bottom : 25 mm
Left : 40 mm
9.
Spacing –
• Double spacing for text.
• Single spacing for footnotes, long quotations, references or bibliography, multi-line captions, appendices (such as questionnaires, letter) and headings or subheadings.
10.
White simile A4 size (210mm x 297mm) paper (80g) or paper of equivalent quality should be used. Students must include an extra blank sheet for the front and back of the thesis. Photocopies of the thesis must be on similar quality paper (if a hardcopy of thesis required by the examiner).
11.
The thesis, along with the required documents, should be submitted via email to sgs_thesis@upm.edu.my.
