Institutional Relations Unit

Institutional Relations Unit is led by the Deputy Dean (Admissions, Institutional Relations and Financial Aid), assisted by an Assistant Registrar, and supported by other operational staff. The functions of this Unit are as follows:Meanwhile the unit is also responsible for:

1. Develop and coordinate strategic collaborations with local and international partner institutions including the MoAs and MoUs.
2. Manage the International Collaborative Programmes (ICP), including Joint, Dual and Double Degree, Programme by Industry, and Non-Graduating Programmes.
3. Administer financial assistance for postgraduate students participating in outbound academic activities, including research attachments and international presentations.
4. Coordinate the Southeast Asia University Consortium (UC) programmes and international collaborative initiatives, including Erasmus+ projects.
5. Administer international scholarships and grants under the UC and SEARCA.
