Important Dates First Semester 2026/2027

For:

  1. All programmes by research structure (Master and Doctor of Philosophy)
  2. All programmes by coursework structure except Master in Agribusiness Management and those offered in School of Business and Economics (SBE) and Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences (FBSB)

Register PUTRAENROLL to obtain your matric
number.


The PutraENROLL is open, and candidates can start filling out and completing all sections in the PutraENROLL via APPLICANT PORTAL

  21 September 2026
Matric numbers will be generated once all sections have been completed and endorsed by all relevant entities.

A notification of successful registration as a new student will be sent to the registered email address. Please refer to all documents in the notification
email or PutraENROLL for further action.
21 September– 18 October 2026
Courses registration period.

New students can add courses as soon as they receive their matric number and successfully activate the UPMID. New students are also advised to contact their advisor and faculty/school/institute to discuss the study plan and class schedule for that semester.
18 October 2026
Deadline of late registration for new students by COURSEWORK programme.

There is NO registration of new students for programme by coursework after this date except for those who will join the English programme.
   09 January 2026
 
Deadline of late registration for new students by RESEARCH programme.

There is no course registration at this time except for:
- Master Research (SPS5999) - 6 Credits 
- Doctoral Research (SPS6999) - 6 Credits
- Seminar Proposal (SPS5903/SPS6903)
 
Despite late registration, new students will still be charged the FULL FEE.
 
Therefore, new students are advised to contact their advisor and faculty/school/institute to discuss the study and research plan for that semester.
