The 46th UPM Bintulu Campus Convocation Ceremony was held for the first time separately from the UPM Serdang Campus Convocation Ceremony this year. The ceremony will be held on 1 November 2022 at Dewan Sri Kenyalang, UPM Bintulu Campus, Sarawak. The convocation robe collection process was held on 15 - 17 October 2022 at the Central Academic Lecture Hall (DKAP), UPM Serdang, Selangor and on 23 - 25 October 2022 at the Robe Room, Dewan Sri Kenyalang UPM Bintulu Campus, Sarawak.

There are almost 20 PhD and Master graduands from FKPS and FSPH Faculties will graduate at the 46th UPM Bintulu Campus Convocation Ceremony.

The process of collecting the academic regalia for UPMKB graduand is same as before;

1. Pay the graduation fee of RM200 and complete the ‘Graduation Form (GS-17)’ at Student Portal via http://sgsportal.upm.edu.my:8080/sgsportal/
2. Complete the ‘Academic Regalia Form’ via https://smp.upm.edu.my/ at ‘MyConvovcation>Academic Regalia Form>New Application’
3. Graduand that is unable to collect the academic regalia on the stated date, may send a representative with an authorization letter and a copy of the representative’s IC/passport.

Before collecting the academic regalia, make sure graduands already complete and present the hardcopy of ‘Academic Regalia Form’ and the slip on the last page of ‘Graduates Tracer Study’ survey at https://graduate.mohe.gov.my/SKPG1/.
