
July 19th, 2024 - Effective communication plays a crucial role in various aspects of life, including personal and professional spheres. It helps convey messages clearly and accurately, reducing misunderstandings and conflicts that may arise from unclear communication. At the Graduate School, most staff interact directly with students both locally and internationally. Therefore, effective communication is seen as an essential element in helping resolve issues and providing satisfaction to students and clients.

Ms. Noorizai Mohamad Noor, Head of Administration at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Universiti Putra Malaysia, was invited as a speaker for the Customer Communication and Relationship Workshop at the Graduate School on Friday, July 19, 2024, held in the Putra Sarjana Room. The two-hour workshop was attended by all SPS staff. During the session, the speaker emphasized the importance of effective communication with every client, ensuring that problems can be resolved quickly, easily, and effectively. Ms. Noorizai also shared tips and insights from her experience, which served as examples for all SPS staff. Several engaging activities were conducted, making the workshop more interactive and relatable. Staff were given the opportunity to share their experiences, provide answers, and ask questions to the speaker.
The session concluded at 5 PM with the presentation of a token of appreciation and a photography session with the speaker. The Graduate School extends its gratitude to Ms. Noorizai for her impactful and comprehensive session, which greatly benefited all staff.
