September 20th 2023, Serdang - The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) has received a benchmarking visit from Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences for its Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) component.
The request for the visit was well accepted by SPS as a sign of inculcating a good corporate culture among the departments in UPM. Approximately 20 visitors, arrived at SGS around 2.30 p.m and was gathered at Meeting Room 1 (BM 1). The visit was chaired by the Deputy Registrar of SGS, Mrs.Norhasliza Hassan and assisted by SGS EKSA Coordinator, Ms. Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei.The meeting was started with an opening session (speech from each department’s representative) by presenting the current EKSA practices in SGS, followed by a tour around SGS building.
The tour was led by Mrs.Norhasliza Hassan where the visitors can directly ask questions regarding the department’s EKSA initiatives besides witnessing it themselves. The closing session included feedback and questions from the visitors which will eventually be used to improve EKSA practices in SGS, in the future. The visit ended around 4.00 pm with a photography session with the celebrated delegates.
