May 15th, 2026 – The School of Graduate Studies (SGS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully organised the EKSA Enhancement Course on 15 May 2026 at Meeting Room 1, SGS. The programme, which began at 9.30 a.m., aimed to strengthen staff understanding and appreciation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) in fostering a more systematic, organised, and conducive working environment.
The course was delivered by Ms. Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei, Senior Assistant Registrar from the Institutional Relations Unit, SGS, who is also an EKSA facilitator appointed by the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), UPM, to assist and guide the implementation of EKSA across Responsibility Centres (PTJ). Her session emphasised the importance of EKSA practices as an integrated approach to enhancing organisational efficiency and improving service delivery quality.
Throughout the session, various key aspects of EKSA were discussed, including the core components of EKSA, effective workspace management, and the role of staff in ensuring consistent and sustainable implementation. The session was further enriched with quizzes and interactive activities, creating a lively and engaging learning environment while encouraging active participation among attendees.
This interactive approach not only enhanced participants’ understanding but also fostered teamwork and strengthened commitment among SGS staff to uphold excellent EKSA standards. Participants were also given the opportunity to share their experiences and best practices in implementing EKSA within their respective units.
Overall, the EKSA Enhancement Course successfully achieved its objectives in raising awareness and strengthening staff understanding of EKSA practices. It is hoped that such initiatives will continue to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement among SGS staff, in line with Universiti Putra Malaysia’s aspiration towards quality service delivery and effective organisational governance.
