Enhancement Course on the Conducive Ecosystem Practices in the Public Sector (EKSA) for School of Graduate Studies

April 17th, 2024, Wednesday – In an effort to strengthen the practice of Conducive Ecosystem Values in the Public Sector (EKSA), the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) organized a sharing session with EKSA UPM Facilitator for SGS staff. The session was conducted by Ms. Nik Hafzaini Nik Hassan from the Admission Division and Academic Governance Division (BAKD), Universiti Putra Malaysia.

All SGS staff and officers attended the two-hour session, which began at 2:30 PM. Ms. Nik Hafzaini shared her knowledge based on the latest EKSA guidelines adhered to by UPM, using her PowerPoint slides. The information covered office space management, security control, and maintaining the corporate image of PTJ. Ms. Nik Hafzaini also shared effective tips and methods for sustaining the spirit of EKSA practice among SPS staff. The invited facilitator also opened the floor for staff to ask questions and share their views on the topic discussed.

SGS is very grateful to have Mrs. Nik Hafzaini for taking the time to share the practices on enhancing the values of the Conducive Ecosystem in the Public Sector (EKSA) with the SGS community, despite the short duration. The session, held in Meeting Room 1 (BM 1), concluded around 4:45 PM after the Q&A session and a photography session with all the SGS staff and officers present.
