July 15, 2025, Serdang – The Postgraduate Studies Governance Empowerment Workshop was successfully held on Tuesday, 15 July 2025, bringing together administrative staff and officers directly involved in managing postgraduate affairs at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This workshop was part of an ongoing initiative to enhance service efficiency and strengthen a more structured, accountable, and impactful governance system.


The workshop was conducted in two sessions:
Session 1
Time : 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Venue: Mini Auditorium 1, Level 3, Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), UPM
Session 2
Time : 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Venue: Putra Learning Space (CADe-Lead), Level 2, Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), UPM
The workshop focused on refining procedures, aligning workflow processes, and strengthening integrity and accountability in postgraduate academic management. It also served as a platform for sharing perspectives, addressing current challenges, and discussing improvements to ensure a more responsive and client-friendly system. This initiative reflects UPM’s continuous commitment to promoting administrative excellence and cultivating a high-performance work culture within the university's governance ecosystem.
