August 9, 2023, Serdang – The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) consistently prioritizes staff motivation to enhance the overall quality of PTJ services. In line with this, the annual staff appreciation ceremony, now known as SGS Quality and Innovation Day, is held to recognize the continuous commitment of staff in various aspects. This year's event, themed "Floral," was held at La'Apprenti UPM. Organized by the SPS Club Committee in collaboration with the Dean's General Office, the preparations for decorations, winner voting, and selection through an audit method took two weeks to complete.

Prof. Dr. Zalilah Mohd Shariff, Dean of SPS, delivered her keynote address. In her speech, Prof. Dr. Zalilah emphasized the importance of teamwork and the continuous improvement of customer service quality. She also highlighted the aspects of audit and compliance with both UPM's and SPS's Strategic Plans holistically. Additionally, she discussed current issues related to postgraduate studies and the status of the SPS Strategic Plan 2024-2026. Her address served as a crucial directive and a source of inspiration for all staff present.
