February, 9^th 2023, Serdang – The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) was once again pleased to collaborate with the Educational Consultant of Proofreading by a UK PhD through a webinar entitled ‘Analyzing and Synthesizing A WOS Paper For High Impact Literature Review’ held for postgraduate students on 9^th February 2023 via Google Meet.

Dr. Thavamaran Kanesan, the Chief Editor of Proofreading by a UK PhD was the esteemed speaker that conducted the entire session. The class has emphasized on producing proposal paper(s)/ thesis for both master’s degree and PhD level using a unique 11-Steps formulation. This is among the efforts taken by both postgraduates and lecturers to ensure that students get to graduate on time and specifically avoid the circumstances of graduating beyond the set time frame.  Besides, the class has also outlined a much effective way to extract high impact journals from relevant databases, beginning from the students’ very first semester, which will greatly aid their thesis writing processes.

Around 300 postgraduate students have participated in the two (2 ¼) hours seminar, which were conducted for free. The question and answer (Q&A) session was conducted at the end of the session to allow the participants to ask related questions to the speaker for further understanding of the topic. The seminar was held from 10.15 am till 12.30 pm.
