1st September 2022, Serdang – The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) has gone through its Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) audit today, as a criterion for the Administration Management Award for the UPM 2020 Services’ Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP). Mrs.Norlida Zamberi by Infocomm development Centre (iDEC) and Mrs. Salmawati Abdul Malid Centre for Corporate Strategy and Relations (PSPK) were the appointed auditors for SGS.
The audit opening session was initiated with SGS’s Deputy Registrar, Mrs. Norhasliza Hassan’s speech followed by a presentation by SGS’s EKSA Coordinator, MS. Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei’s presentation on the current practices in SGS.
The auditors were then brought around the building for audition processes, two (2) zones which include officers’ rooms, offices, counters, and public spaces. A lot of questions were asked on the current practices and department’s initiatives that were taken to improve in inculcating EKSA’s objectives.
The evaluation that took around two (2) hours was wrapped up with a feedback session from the auditors with the EKSA Committee in SGS. Different ideas and building opinion were suggested by the auditors for SGS to enhance their EKSA practices in the future.
