11th November 2022, Serdang – Hidden talents among the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) were brought to light through the Creative Writing Competition: Dari Mata Hati Ke Mata Pena, focusing on Green Sustainability as its theme. This competition was organized by the Students’ Affairs & Media Unit, from the 21st till 28th October 2022.
An encouraging participation rate among the staffs, across Units, have portrayed positive feedback for the competition. Writings in different forms such as poems and verses of different structures were submitted for participation. A total of six (6) winners were chosen as the following:

The price giving ceremony were held on 11th November 2022 (Friday) and presented by the Deputy Dean of Thesis, Students’ Affairs and Media Unit, Assoc. Prof. ChM. Dr.Siti Salwa Abdul Ghani. Such opportunity can identify the hidden talents among SGS’s staffs and at the same time acknowledge their off-duty skills in terms of creativity. It is hoped that such competitions can be continued in the future to ensure a much conducive and interactive working environment.
