The implementation of EKSA at PTJ UPM involves careful planning, implementation, monitoring, improvement and constant charity. The success of this practice depends on the involvement of top management as a motivator as well as the cooperation and commitment of all members of the organization.
Therefore, EKSA's internal audit needs to be carried out independently by all PTJs on a regular basis to ensure continuous improvement in ensuring that EKSA is always practiced effectively. EKSA SPS's team of internal auditors successfully conducted the first session of EKSA's internal audit on 18 May 2022.
Through this Internal Audit, an EKSA Recognition Awards ceremony was held on 30 May 2022 (Monday) and among the awards that will be given are as follows: -
