On 16th February 2022, a Sharing Session has been organized by Financial Aid Unit, School of Graduate Studies via online (zoom) for all SGS staff.

The sharing session was focused on type of scholarship offered (GRF, GRA, IGSS, PASS and BKW), procedure on process of acceptance of an application, criteria and requirements for scholarships application, responsibilities of the scholarship recipients and the consequences of breach of contract.

The sharing session was continued with a briefing for UPM 45th Convocation Ceremony from Mr. Mohamad Hafiz. All staff has been briefly explained on important dates, procedure on academic regalia collection and duties as convocation ceremony secretariat. All important information related with convocation has been upload at SGS website as a reference for staff and students. The duty schedule for collection of academic regalia counter on 19 February until 12 March 2022 was also presented on the briefing session.

After a Q and A slot, the sharing and briefing session ends at 4.30 pm.
