On February 28, 2024, in Serdang, the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), as the leading entity for ISO documentation at UPM, will continue the alignment and enhancement of documentation for the year 2024. This will be done through the implementation of User-Based Documentation for the scope of the Graduate Studies main processes. Until 2023, three main processes of the University, namely Undergraduate Study Scope, Research and Innovation scope, and Pre-University scope, have successfully implemented this initiative.

To ensure the effective and systematic implementation of this effort, the School of Graduate Studies has invited Mr. Mohd Nazri bin Md Yassin, the Chief Administrator of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International Affairs) of UPM, to share insights regarding the realization process of User-Based Documentation implementation. This sharing session took place in Bilik Mesyuarat 1, School of Graduate Studie.

This sharing session has provided numerous benefits, particularly in ensuring the alignment and enhancement of documentation. Some of these benefits include a clearer understanding of stakeholder roles, a holistic and effective view of the main processes, cost savings in administration, paper, and time, and more optimal and comprehensive implementation of process changes, if any.

The sharing session concluded at 12:00 noon with a presentation of souvenirs and a photo session of the School of Graduate Studie staff with the invited panel.
