This field covers important domains of educational technology namely the: design, development, utilisation, management and evaluation. The strength of the programmes are:

• It covers broad spectrum of knowledge and skills allowing for specialised interest in educational technology and instructional technology and innovation.
• All the academic staffs qualification are according to specialization in the area, which are: Instructional Design; Multimodality; Flexible Learning; Learning Analytics; and e-Entrepreneurship Education to enhance STEM, IR4.0 and holistic individual development.
• The faculty provides a 21^st century learning classroom which features the dynamic integration of infrastructure (space and technology), infostructure and curriculum.
• The program is translational in nature that allows multidisciplinary, problem solving and industrial related.

1. understanding of designing instructional-based technology and innovation to solve problems;
2. generating and conveying knowledge related to appropriate instructional technology and innovation; and
